Keith has been involved in the computer industry for almost forty years
in numerous roles from Programming, in the days when it was all ones and
zero's through to I.T. Management and in recent years as consultant to
a number of companies both large and small.
He project managed the Year 2000 project for a brand leading multi-national
company covering all areas of risk management, business continuity and
all manual and I.T. systems in the EMEA theatre of operations. The budget
for this project was $20,000,000.
The areas of Business Process Re-engineering and System Design are areas
where Keith is acknowledged as being especially experienced.

Sue has extensive experience, totalling over twenty years, in Programming
and Systems Design covering a multitude of languages ranging from Cobol
through to HTML on a range of computer platforms starting with main frames
and currently Web Server technology. She has experienced many application
areas including Financial Systems for credit card fraud protection, Mortgage
calculation, Engineering systems with specialised Inventory requirements
and Accounting Systems especially in non-standard areas such as the Travel
industry, linking industry applications such as reservations to bespoke
travel accounting and costing areas. With considerable customer facing
experience Sue has the ability to talk to customers using everyday English
not 'Geek'.

Sally is the newest member of the Jazzland team with seven years I.T. experience.
Previously she worked in the travel trade and has many years of customer service
experience and extensive travel and reservations system knowledge.
She is now involved with the administration of Jazzland and predominently
the web design and Internet marketing side of the business.
She also works with Sue designing databases and programming.
